Improved Design of SWACO MONGOOSE PRO Shale Shaker Frame Structure​

The traditional SWACO MONGOOSE PRO shale shaker's screen rubber supports are prone to damage, causing frequent operational issues. Key improvements have been made to the frame assembly:

1. ​Rubber Support Mounting System​

   • Original: Rubber supports were screw-fastened to a stainless steel frame
   • Improved: Recessed-mount rubber supports now provide tool-free installation
   • Benefits:
     • reduction in support failure rate
     •  faster replacement time

2. ​Enhanced Screen Tensioning​

   • Original design: Open-bottom screen structure
   • Innovation: Added a 6mm convex transverse support beam (centerline)
   • Operational effect:
     • Forms 3-5° arch when wedge-locked
     • Generates 18-22 psi rebound tension
   • Performance gains:
     • better screen-to-bed contact
     •  longer screen life

The modified architecture maintains full compatibility with standard wedge clamp systems while delivering measurable performance enhancements. Field tests show the new rubber support system withstands 2.3× more vibration cycles before replacement.
