As the cobra series shaker been designed a 1250mm-long screen panel, such a long panel will cause a prolem during shaker vibration and transfer solids out of the shakers. at the left and right hand of the screen being pressed by wedge , but in the middle of it, it is hard for such a long panel to be firmly stayed with the shaker bed.  therefore these kind of the screens need to have a very rigid structure and try the best to avoid the problem happenning as above mentioned.however, to do this , the whole reinforced structrue will cause the increasing or the weight. otherwise , the short screen life will of couse generated.what we are doing is that we intruce the corrugated screens panel to this product to reduce the impact of the vibration through the metal frame structure to the screen panel(normally flat panel). as the corrugated panel will "absorb" much of the vibration away.
